$149 feels like a lot — until you think about what it replaces.

A single serious OSHA violation costs $16,550. A willful violation costs $165,514. A lost contract because you couldn't produce a safety program when a GC asked for one is thousands in revenue you'll never get back. A traditional safety consultant runs $2,000–$10,000 and may take weeks to deliver documentation. The generic Word template you downloaded three years ago doesn't have your company name on it, doesn't cover your specific trade, and probably cites regulations that have been updated since.

$149 keeps the decision simple — no subscription, no annual platform fee, no per-employee billing.

HOW WE COMPARE

What does a safety program actually cost?

Three ways contractors typically handle written safety documentation, and what each one really means for a small or mid-size operation.

Generic templates
$20–$30

One-size-fits-all. No customization. Often weak in detailed prequalification reviews. Your company name pasted in, everything else generic.

Safety consultants
$2,000–$50,000

Deep, site-specific review can be worth it for complex or high-risk operations — but many small contractors first need organized documentation fast.

FAQ

Questions we hear from contractors.

Six questions that come up in nearly every sales conversation — short answers below, longer ones available if you reach out to support.

Is this legal or compliance advice?
CrewCompliance generates safety programs structured around current federal OSHA standards (29 CFR 1926 for construction, 29 CFR 1910 where applicable) plus state-plan additions. Every section cites the specific regulation it addresses. We're a document-generation service, not a safety consulting firm or a law practice — we recommend reviewing your program with a qualified safety professional for site-specific or unusual conditions.
Can I use this for OSHA inspections?
Yes. Your safety program is organized to satisfy OSHA's written-program requirements and includes the sections inspectors look for — Hazard Communication, Emergency Action Plan, Fall Protection, and all applicable trade-specific programs. Many contractors use their CrewCompliance program as their primary safety binder for inspections, GC requirements, and insurance audits.
What if I need to make changes?
Your program is delivered as a PDF you own permanently. Need to add a section, update your crew size, or tweak language a reviewer flagged? Two revisions are included free with your $149 — no subscription, no per-edit charge.
Does this cover my state?
All 50 states are covered, including state-plan states (California, Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, and more). Your program includes state-specific citations and regulations where they apply — not just federal boilerplate.
How is this different from a free OSHA template?
OSHA.gov templates are generic checklists — not specific to your trade, your state, or your company. CrewCompliance asks about your actual work (trade, crew size, whether you use scaffolding, whether your electricians work on energized equipment) and generates a program that reflects that. Your company name appears on every page. Your specific hazards are addressed. It's the difference between a blank tax form and a guided return.
How long does delivery take?
Minutes. After checkout you're returned to a success page with a direct link to your PDF. You also receive an email with the download. If our pipeline ever delays your program, support reaches out the same business day.
