Reviewer Correction Support
If a GC, insurer, platform, or reviewer flags covered wording or structure in a document we built, send us the note. We’ll help revise the covered document during the 90-day support window.
What to Send Us
- Your order number
- The reviewer note, rejection comment, or requested change
- The affected document or section, if the reviewer identified one
- The reviewer/platform context, such as GC, insurer, ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, or another document reviewer
Email everything to support@crewcompliance.org with the subject line Reviewer Note — Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER].
What Is Covered
- Covered wording issues in a CrewCompliance-built document
- Covered organization, formatting, or structure issues in a CrewCompliance-built document
- Reviewer notes that identify something in the purchased document/package scope
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Covered Document Issues
If a covered reviewer note points to a covered document issue and we can’t reasonably fix it after a revision opportunity, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the affected document or package component. For bundles, we may refund more if the covered issue materially affects the whole bundle.
What Is Not Covered
- New documents for a different company, trade, state, worksite, hazard profile, or scope
- Buyer’s remorse, preference edits, or unlimited rewrites
- Incorrect customer-provided information
- Training records, inspections, platform account issues, upload categories, legal advice, safety consulting, citation defense, or jobsite implementation
- OSHA inspection outcomes, citations, penalties, job awards, insurance approval, or reviewer decisions outside the document issue we can control
Why This Exists
Most contractors do not want to edit safety language alone. CrewCompliance is built to give you a practical document package, plus a clear path if a reviewer sends back a covered note.
